We advise many business owners on the estate planning aspects of their shareholder agreements and LLC operating agreements, and as to business succession planning and buy/sell agreements. We also help our clients’ families carry out their wishes, both in probate and out of probate, and when disputes arise, we help clients resolve those disputes whether in court or out of court.
